How long will it take for my order to process?It usually takes 1-2 business days to process an order. Orders placed before 2pm (EST) Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) Monday through Friday and any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will start processing the next business day. Please note: FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed on Friday will not arrive on the following Saturday or Sunday.

What is the return/exchange policy?Some important notes to consider regarding returns and exchanges include the following: All returns must be made within 90 days of the original order date and may be exchanged or refunded, refunds will be made in the original form of payment, and original shipping charge and return shipping costs are not refunded. When will I receive my refund?Once we receive your request we’ll process your return and issue a refund to the original form of payment within two business days.
