BLUE OMBRÉ DIAL

The dial is the distinctive face of a Rolex watch, the feature most responsible for its identity and readability. Characterised by hour markers fashioned from gold to prevent tarnishing, every Rolex dial is designed and manufactured in-house, largely by hand to ensure perfection.

THE FLUTED BEZEL

The Rolex fluted bezel is a mark of distinction. Originally, the fluting of the Oyster bezel had a functional purpose: it served to screw the bezel onto the case helping to ensure the waterproofness of the watch. It was therefore identical to the fluting on the case back, which was also screwed onto the case for waterproofness, using specific Rolex tools. Over time, the fluting became an aesthetic element, a genuine Rolex signature feature. Today the fluted bezel is a mark of distinction, in gold on this Day-Date 36.

All Rolex watches are assembled by hand with the utmost care to ensure exceptional quality. Such high standards naturally restrict Rolex production capacity and, at times, the demand for Rolex watches outpaces this capacity.

Therefore, the availability of certain models may be limited. New Rolex watches are exclusively sold by Official Rolex Retailers, who receive regular deliveries and independently manage the allocation and sales of watches to customers.

  • How long will it take for my order to process?
    It usually takes 1-2 business days to process an order. Orders placed before 2pm (EST) Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) Monday through Friday and any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will start processing the next business day. Please note: FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed on Friday will not arrive on the following Saturday or Sunday.
  • What is the shipping policy?
    Orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday, and any orders placed Saturday and Sunday, begin processing the next business day.   • What is the return/exchange policy?
    Some important notes to consider regarding returns and exchanges include the following: All returns must be made within 90 days of the original order date and may be exchanged or refunded, refunds will be made in the original form of payment, and original shipping charge and return shipping costs are not refunded.   • Can I cancel or make a change to my order after it's been placed?
    If your order is still processing we will try our best to put a stop on your order so it can be canceled or changed. We will do our best to fulfill your request. If your order leaves for shipment, you can email us [email protected] at for return information.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive your request we’ll process your return and issue a refund to the original form of payment within two business days. You should see the funds returned to your original form of payment in a few business days, but please note, we do not control when your bank/credit card company issues the funds back to your account. You will receive an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund.
